Membership Agreement
Trichome Private Membership Lounge is open to adults 21 and over.
It is the intent of the Trichome to limit its rules and regulations to the minimum required for the mutual enjoyment of the Trichome Private Lounge by all of its members.
It is also the obligation of the Trichome Lounge to enforce these rules and regulations for the good of all members.
It is the duty of the members to know the Trichome Private Lounge and cooperate with Staff and Management in the enforcement thereof.
Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions of membership may lead to termination of membership at the sole discretion of the Trichome Lounge ownership.
Trichome grants to you a revocable and non-transferable membership subject to the terms of this agreement and set forth in the Trichome Private Lounge membership application.
Trichome Lounge has the right to revoke your membership without notice and will not be obligated to refund any membership fees.
By entering into this agreement, the parties agree to the following terms:
1. Payment is due upon signing of this agreement and is non-refundable and non- transferable.
a)The daily membership is $10, monthly recurring membership fee for Members is $30.00 and the annual reoccurring membership is $300 with annual membership fee also includes: 10% off all products in the store & lounge excluding certain shows tickets, 2 annual Members Exclusive Events a year, VIP section on all Outdoor festivals and events (First come first serve), First choice on VIP couches on a first come first reservation system (may cost extra for certain events.

All annual members will have the opportunity to buy tickets for special private events first, monthly members second, then open to the other members for such as: samplings, classes, pre-event parties and other member only events. The Trichome Lounge annual members will also have the opportunity to rent Trichome Private Lounge for private events.
2. The monthly membership dues will be charged on the 1st of each month, annual on the day before membership ends via credit card on a recurring basis utilizing our automated membership system. Cancellation of membership must be via 15-day written notice to Trichome Lounge. Membership privileges may be revoked for non- payment of dues.
3. Trichome Private Lounge reserves the right to revoke the membership of any person in violation of membership policies, rules or for misconduct.
4. Yearly Members may bring 2 guests per month; guests are the responsibility of the member and must be accompanied by the member. A member may only bring 1 guest per visit. Members may purchase unlimited guest passes for $10.00ea. An individual may be a guest a total of 3 times per year, regardless of the member host. After the 3 times, a member may use paid guest passes for the individual. If there is a fee for special events, members and members guest still need to pay for the special . $10.00 guest passes are available for out of state guests and usage is at the sole discretion of Trichome Lounge.
5. All members and guests must check-in and check-out at the Membership counter using your Trichome Private Lounge membership card. All Guests must complete the guest registration process.
6. No guns or weapons are permitted in the Trichome Private Lounge at any time.
7. Trichome Private Lounge has zero tolerance for drunkenness or underage consumption of anything illegal that’s why all members and guests must be at least 21 years old.
8. Cell phones are permitted in the Trichome Lounge with the following stipulation:
(a) phones must be set to vibrate mode
(b) phone conversations must be limited to emergency, calls only not longer than 2 minutes
(c) the member’s voice
level should remain low throughout the conversation. Be considerate and aware of other members
(d) use of speaker phones, video conferencing, video chatting (zoom, skype, facetime) are not permitted in the Trichome Lounge at any time.
(e) if you need to use your phone, please go outside or text.
(f) no taking photos unless all in the photo say it’s OK
9. No portable music players or devices playing music are permitted at any time.
10.1) No ice chests, jugs of premixed alcohol or other picnic coolers are permitted at any time.
11. Payment of goods and services must be made immediately after acquiring accessories, drinks, merchandise or anything from Trichome Lounge. Exiting the Trichome Private Lounge without paying for products is not permitted at any time.
12. Members agree not to
Have any illegal products/items at the Trichome Private Lounge and acknowledges that doing so will be grounds for immediate termination of membership and membership rights and forfeiture of any and all rights/claims to a refund of membership fees. Further, member hereby agrees to indemnify Trichome Lounge LLC. for any liability and legal fees incurred by Trichome Lounge as a result of such illegal activity.
13. Trichome Private Lounge has zero tolerance for underage consumption of cannabis or alcoholic beverage; members and their guests must be 21 years of age and show ID stating this at check in.
14. Damage to Trichome Lounge furniture or fixtures as a result of member carelessness or disregard shall be replaced or repaired at members expense. The membership is encouraged to report such damage to Trichome Private Lounge.
15. Members are not permitted to move furniture (tables, chairs etc.), ashtrays, adjust lighting, adjust AC or shutters at any times. See a associate/attendant if assistance is required.
16. Members are not permitted to turn on televisions, change channels or adjust volume. See a associate/attendant if assistance is required.
17. Members must follow the cleaner act. And smoke outside
18. Membership privileges may be suspended or revoked for failure to abide by and adhere to any of the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by Trichome Lounge .
19. Trichome Private Lounge reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to the premises to any member/guest.
20. Trichome Lounge reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Membership will receive notice of such modifications.
21. Smoking of anything other than Cannabis on the Trichome Private Lounge premises is strictly prohibited.
22. It is agreed and understood all cannabis consumed in the Trichome Lounge shall be the members personal cannabis and has been brought to Trichome Lounge from their personal stash. No members can sell cannabis in or on the property of the Trichome private Lounge at any time.
23. Hours are posted and set. However, Trichome Lounge reserves the right to change any or all such hours with notice to its membership. Trichome Lounge closes for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, Memorial and Labor Day weekends. Trichome Lounge is open all other holidays. However, we may opt to close for additional holidays or special events at any time. Ample notice of such changes will be given to members.

Limitation of liability:
The undersigned acknowledges that the use of the Trichome Lounge LLC private club and any privilege or service incident to membership is undertaken with knowledge of risk of possible injury. I hereby accept any and all risk of injury to myself and my guests sustained while using Trichome Lounge or in any event or activity incident to membership in Trichome Lounge LLC. I understand that I am relieving Trichome Lounge, LLC, its affiliates, successors, and assigns and their respective directors, officers, partners, shareholders, members, employees, and agents from any loss, cost, claims, injury, damages, or liability sustained or incurred by me and my guests in connection with membership in Trichome Private Lounge and use of Trichome Lounge LLC facility.
Trichome Lounge LLC shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or relating to this agreement, my Trichome Lounge membership or use of the Trichome Lounge LLC facility. Whether in contact or tort or otherwise, any aggregate liability shall be limited to actual direct or indirect damages that can be proved up to an amount not to exceed $500.00.
Impossibility & Legality
In the event the operation of this lounge becomes impossible or impractical due to changes in the legalities associated with the operation of a private lounge or establishment that permits smoking in the city of Minneapolis or other circumstances out of Trichome Lounge LLC control, Trichome Lounge shall not be liable for any portion of any membership fees paid and any and all such claims to refunds or prorated portions of a refund are hereby and forever waived by execution of this agreement.
Entire Agreement
This agreement, in conjunction with the membership application, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Trichome Lounge regarding your membership and the duties and obligations of all parties associated therewith, and it shall supersede any and all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, undertakings, or agreements, written or oral, between the parties.
It is strictly prohibited to engage in threats of bodily or physical harm or any kind of harassment.
Hateful, obscene, offensive, profane, racist, sexual, defamatory, or violent language cannot be used at any time, as all are welcome at the Trichome Lounge.
